Quorn

I know there are a lot of knowledgable contributors on this site. What I have often wondered is Quorn a healthy option. I have been eating various products for a while as I like the taste. People often make comments about it being a health food.

I like the cocktail sausages and scotch eggs. Also the mozzarella.

We've used it for years - try the mince 50/50 in a Spag. Bol. or Cottage Pie, the chunks are fine in curries, it tends to need more liquid than meat - but when used this way you'd be hard put to know it's there. Certainly it's a lot less fat.
