Passenger drop off and pick up in streets near to St James Park

Taking a passenger in my car who has a meeting at St James Park. I need to find a street where I can drop them off without parking and pick them up later in the day, without parking. Trying to avoid the congestion charge too…any suggestions?

Much easier to take the tube

Simply not possible as the Park is well inside the CC zone.Dropping off is very easy plenty of areas near Broadway/St James's Pk Stn or Pall Mall on the other side.
