Shelters for the homeless...in the area

Does anyone know the location of hostels or shelters for Homeless people in either Brentford,Isleworth or Hounslow or surrounds?Does the Free Church in Boston Manor Road have such a facility?

I don't know the specifics but a number of the churches in Brentford, including I believe the Free Church, run a night shelter scheme through the winter months. I think the support is maybe only for one night a week and for men only - the best thing is to look at the church sites or go in to ask. St Paul's is part of the scheme I believe and they now have a café which can be visited most days of the week - perhaps the people running the café could help.

There are several that are not publicised for obvious reasons to protect those most vulnerable .
