If you haven't received a voucher, do get in touch with e-vouchers direct on support@evouchers.com sending them proof of your address (preferably your council tax bill). Every voucher includes a unique QR code so e-vouchers can easily see if your voucher hasn't been spent. The deadline for spending the vouchers has been extended from 7th December to 24th December (I asked if the deadline could be 3rd January, to allow for family spending during school hols, but this suggestion was not accepted, unfortunately) and the council is soon to email households which have not yet spent their vouchers, reminding them to spend them and reissuing their unique voucher. This will help those residents who inadvertently threw away their vouchers, thinking the envelope was junk mail, or who have lost them. As the codes are unique to each household there is no risk of double-spending. Which raises another issue ... some who think they didn't receive a voucher have discovered that someone else in their household opened the envelope and went shopping. To see where you can spend your voucher, check the map and/or the list: https://retailers.evouchers.com/hounslow?
