Deceptive and misleading Syon lane flyer

Just had a rather odd flyer come through our door.'Support Syon Lanes future"But who is this actually from?It's not apparent but gives the impression it's from local Community.It's misleading even if you visit the website ( which if you do automatically registers you as in support.Full of utopia nonsense and devoid of details.As for Brownfield sites. They are not they are retail sites serving local populous not some derelict contaminated site in long disuse.Sneaky. Very sneaky.

The explanation is probably that the government is directing banks to lend to developers to support housing starts and economic growth. There is likely to be a hard reckoning for this further out.

Berkeley Group is really struggling to sell the stuff it’s already built (just look at Dickens Yard in Ealing Broadway – finished 4 years ago yet still half empty).It’s hard to understand how Berkeley Group is able to go on building flats for which there is apparently no demand.
