halloween charity ball fantastic success

Thank you to every one who dressed in costume and took part and made all my hard efforts worth while i was amazed at how many people turned up in costumes the fire station wine bar was heaving with people A special thanks to the old fire ststion wine bar for letting me use it for free for this very special fund raising event which is so dear to my heart i still have money to count i will post the amount shortly how much we raised.and for all the councellers who attended my event ruth cadbury, phil andrews  and tw8 website editor matt harmer but to name a few.Hopefully the photographer kieren passmore will have photos if anyone would like copys he will do a good price and also donate to the special care unit. watch out for us in the local papers.all the  best from a very tired Debbie xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

the prize winners were in 3rd place the green witch2nd place sicotic santa1st place the green imp/elf how fantastic the costumes were i have photos of them all and will let matt harmer put them on for you to look at.i thought matt looked fab and his hard work with ina selling all those tickets.theres some great photos you looked fab as wellcheersDebbie x

Brentford hasn't had a party like that for ages - so thanks so much Debbie for giving us the excuse to dress up and let our hair down - and for a good cause as well.  Who (or what) won the costume competition?  (I agree Matt should get a prize - I don't think I've ever seen him in a proper jacket.)  I wouldn't mind a photo-  if the lens didn't crack on the shot involving me.Ruth

Debbie and friends. Congratulations on your great success..there's nothing like the feeling after you have organised a knock-out party. You'll be on a high for weeks!Look forward to seeing the deserved coverage in the local Press and reading more messages on the Forum from those who attended.  Matt in a jazzy jacket..excellent! And some Councillors too..goodo.I must recover...feeling a bit gutted that I didn't make it..even though I had tickets.
