I never needed a password on the old site either. I tried signing in at https://new.brentfordtw8.com/ with just my email, no password and it works fine. Accept the offer of password reset, follow the mailed link and put in your new password. The new site does look better but it's still got thge problem of not allowing you to print articles. I often save planning articles as pdfs, which is difficult on both versions of Brentford TW8 - I have to scrape 1 screen at a time then turn multiple images into a pdf.
