Dishonest business practice.
It's seems like everyone is out to scam. 10 days ago I had a letter from SSE, part of the O.V.O. family offering a £50 energy credit if I had a Smart Meter installed. I booked the meter but had to change to S.S.E. O.V.O. I have just been informed by John from S.S.E. O.V.O. that the agent from S.S.E. had tricked me into signing up to S.S.E. O.V.O. and since signing up have been told that I don't qualify for a Smart Meter or £50 credit. John has promised to rectify the matter.I have been on the phone to SSE and OVO from 9.30 this morning until now ( 3.00 pm) today. I have been waiting up to 30 minutes to get connected and have been cut off 3 times by Ryan then Steff then another woman.
