Is the end of Brentford's "BLUE ZONE" in the pipeline?

That interesting collection of some 40 businesses in the Blue Zone ...an area of sprawling old buildings south of the High Street... are likely to be on the move by the end of the year.The blue zone area is apparently owned by Ballymore... and they need it back from their tenants (the duke of london's empire) ... so they can build more FLATS FLATS FLATS for the local authority!It was always on the cards apparentlybut unknown to many of us. Aren't we poorly informed and kept up to date...by them them and them?I gather that many of the activities will be moved to the east zone ... which includes  the jazzy car park.

It was all temporary, but where and how did these preferred businesses suddenly pop up in Brentford? It appears that several of the " Blue Zone' businesses have been subsidised quite heavily by Ballymores's marketing strategy.So no doubt they will be receiving a degree of assistance that no other small business got or gets from LBE and thus left or will leave Brentford altogether.
