Hi there,I have the Positive thinking, Losing weight, Relaxation & Stop smoking ones!I havent done the stop smoking one yet as im waiting until im ready and in the right frame of mind to stop! The losing weight one does work if you keep doing it!! one of the things it tells you to do is always leave soemthing on your plate and after a couple of days i realised i was doing it without thinking about it. Also i noticed i always felt good after listening to one of those CD's! You should definitely try them. Best way is to lie in bed with your headphones on and get really comfortable with the lights off or really low. The only warning i can think of is not to listen to it whilst driving :)
