If you send an e-mail to Hounslow's customer services you will get an automatic reply stating what will happen and it gives you various e-mail address for you to get in touch. One piece of advice states The offices will be closed from Dec23 until Tuesday 3rd of January it's now June 8th.After nearly 6 months someone would have noticed this?

This is the problem, info is put on the internet and never removed. The lady who presents GMB rang up for a mamogram from a number on the internet, official site. Number no longer valid. She told them she had got the number from their site. No help, transferred to another number, but still difficulty.
