But will he?""Traffic Warden Linda Blake gave out more than a parking ticket when she was on patrol in Wood Lane, Isleworth last week. Whilst she was checking cars she found a man trying to break into one of them.The suspect quickly made away on his bike. Quick thinking Linda called police to tell them what had happened and then got on her moped and followed the man.She kept radio contact with police to direct them in to make the arrest. A man is curently on police bail until 9 December for theft from cars.""
