Update on Shivon

Hi All,Shivon is back in Hospital she has a infection in her Hickman line and her blood levels are low so she has to have a blood transfusion today.She is also going to be put on anti bio tics for the infection but will be in hospital for a while, she is also neutropinic which means her platelets are low and she can catch infections very easy.I will keep you all informed on her progress.Simon

Glad to hear that Shivon is on the mend and is back home,it's Great news.  These kids nowadays hey! my son is 6 and brought home a card saying "i love you", he had said at one time the he was going to marry this girl, but the other day she had said she had wanted to marry him and then another boy afterwards. so he said he dumped her!  words of a 6 years old! hugs to you both. take care      Ina. xxxx

Hy ya all....Good news shivon has gone home the infection wasn't as serious as they thought.I was told to tell you all by her she has a boyfriend his name is Luke and they love each other so much and getting married ... there only 10 they start young these days ha ha but if it makes her happy.Simon

Thanks to all your well wishes...I was with her tonite and she is OK, She has had blood transfusions tonight and they cleaned the hole where her Hickman line enters her body it was so sore she cried but they redressed it.She has been put on anti bio tics and they will do Blood tests every day when she is not neutropinic no more she will go home the next day so hopefully it wont be to long...Debbie- I did ask if you were still up there so I could say hi but you were gone great news your little girl is getting better bless her.Anyway i will keep you all updated on Shivon.nite niteSimon

Hi simon wishing you all the best give shivon a big kiss from me and tyzjawe came home from hospital last night tyzjas  a little better still on inhalers its so cold i cant take her out for about a week by then we will probley have snow if it carrys on like this what hospital is she in? poor sweetheart. we are thinking of you bothtake care Debbie and tyzja-topaz xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
