How many more times? How many can an area take with all the other impediments in the area.

I saw today that the colourful Rainbow crossing was closed off with barriers. And a notice had been put outside saying the Six Bells was open as normal.I wonder if this is a long-term arrangement? I guess pedestrians using the crossing will disrupt the flow of vehicles through the "temporary lights".

Note the front page article about Councillor Bowring's visit to the Ham,on his bike of course,to the Ham makes absolutely no mention of the temporary traffic lights.Sometimes I wonder why we bother.

Seems the well qualified, well paid planners might have missed the bleedin' obvious. It's a bit like when a sign writer doesn't take a step back and have a good look at his work before nallsing up a bit..

Well done Jo you need to be an advisor to LBH traffic management clowns and we might see positive results!

My suggested solution to the ridiculous temporary traffic lights on the High Street because of people being [supposedly] required to exit the new Morrisons via The Ham would be this:Make the current vehicle entrance to the Morrisons car park an entrance and exit. There is already room for that. Paint a little mini roundabout on the High St at that location.Remove the traffic lights at the Tallow Road/High St junction (I believe the lights at this junction were deemed unnecessary by TFL quite a few years ago but they are still there).Create an adjacent mini roundabout at the Tallow Road junction. Problem solved!

God forbid that the two councillors with oversight of traffic chaos should actually be proactive for their £70,000+ in allowances. So, Ballymore don't implement the agreed traffic scheme. What's being done about that.Have you counted the dumped Lime nikes lately Guy ? Knock yourself out there were NINE between Goddard's and Boston Manor station this morning. No, not parked as five were laying down. Do congratulate Cllr. Dunne on another project successfully delivered.

We're not clairvoyants. I suggest you email Katherine.Dunne@hounslow.gov.uk - her ward and traffic management is in her portfolio. I hadn't noticed a problem myself so you might have to explain the problem to her.

In addition ... there ought to be improvements to the pedestrian crossing outside the fish and chip shop... at the Commerce Road junction.Pedestrians are not at present given a clear signal when it's safe to cross. Why haven't local Councillors picked up on this shortcoming?
