Aldi intent to open store in South Ealing

Aldi have announced a priority list to open a store in South Ealing.Location possibilities or probables anyone?With Brentford and Morrisons near inaccessible from the roads fiasco and poor access this could have huge ramifications for Morrisons for it's main source of profitability.

Actually I am told they are negotiating with two potential tenants but they won't tell me who they are. I doubt they are those fierce rivals, Fortnum and Mason

Surely the only large enough space would be the Wickes  site . Since the warehouse is rather large , it might be subdivided .

That would be some years off, surely? How are the stores at the side/back of the Co-op store doing? Maybe that is the site of interest.

That's interesting Raymond.In addition here is speculation about a new Supermarket being sited at Brent Lea...the old location of the Brentford Royal Mail Delivery Office.A ground floor being the shop ... with a pile of needed flats above.
