Another incident

Another accident between Kew Bridge and Ealing Rd.Thst makes the 4th locally in the last few months.I have lived in Brentford 22 years and can't remember there being even one before these happened.I suppose the new completely daft,confusing,frustrating and dangerous road lay out has nothing to do with it...not.

The works are being completed at a pace slower than an arthritic snail on Prozac. The old road markings, which Guy Lambert acknowledges are confusing, are still in place and should you follow these you WILL have an accident.Yet, Cllr. Dunne remains resolutely silent, why?

Inam amazed that some whizz kid idiot suggested doing these works in the middle of winter for a start,during the months when it gets dark earlier and light later.This alone made the area hazardous.

The irony is that traffic usually crawls along that stretch at the moment, so not exactly a racetrack making life dangerous for cyclists.My observations traveling along there is that there are the usual reckless morons in two wheels who think that the rules of the road don’t apply to them. If they are the ones involved in these incidents then it’s not surprising.
