ColinTotally agree with you.The majority of Brentford fans (& of other clubs) are mostly well behaved when either away or at home.Most of us have spent our hard earned cash on travelling & seeing a good game but you will always get one or two individuals who can't hold their beer etc & end up spoiling it for any bona fide fans at the game.

I wouldn't have thought it necessary in Brenford's case. Most of the supporters I know who can take the trouble to travel for hours to remote places like Hartlepool, to return at 2am on say Boxing Day are 1) Non troublemakers, and 2) Deserve a Cup Final Ticket, but there you go, maybe I 'm living in a time warp.

All visiting ''away'' sides send a copper or two to assist the local ''home'' bobbies in keeping order & identifying any known trouble makers etc.This is a very clever idea as the visiting supporters will spot their local copper from back home & if they know each other, may (or may not) say ''hello'' or words to that effect thereby revealing themselves.

I was at the match on Saturday and interested to note that Brentford appeared to have brought their own police with them.  Is that normal and if so why?

All three games so far have been away in or around Manchester.  Who will it be next then - Man U?  Man C?  Bolton?  Burnley?  Crewe?  Blackburn?Anyone here brave enough to make any predictions on tomorrow's draw?
