SYLVIA CAI  re; stolen credit cards

A friend has asked that I try to let Sylvia Cai know that her credit card and driving license have been found in a back garden in Brentford. They can be delivered to her place of work in Brentford.  Many thanks

We were always told to hand in to the Police station…oh, well, you can’t do that any more.  How about tracking down the SNT and maybe they could reunite the items with the owner? The driving license anyway.  They would be able to check if they are part of a crime especially where they were found.
