Supermarket delivery service

Does anyone else take advantage of the various delivery services available from the local supermarkets?We order online about once a month and have never had a problem yet even when we choose to have replacement items if what we have chosen is out of stock.If you alternate each time you choose to shop between companys, then an e-mail will arrive as sure as day offering between £10-£25 off your next bill to return to them.The only problem we encounter is wether to tip the driver or not as nobody seems quite sure if this is the done thing or not?

ocado is a brilliant service, I gave up on tesco and sainsburys about two/three years ago, as both were rubbish...too many substitutions with completely wrong stuff and out of date/nearly out of date stuff.Ocado excellent!!!!

I stopped using Tesco delivery some years ago as they kept sending me product with a couple of days shelf life & even out of date product, even after I complained to them!  (Something to keep an eye on it you're using them).I haven't gone back to a delivery service, but I understand that Ocado, the delivery arm for Waitrose, are very good.  Also, their drivers do not accept tips.

PaulYou are fortunate.  We stopped having our groceries delivered by Tesco because many of the replacements we were given when the requested item was out of stock were completely different from the item we ordered.  But this was some considerable time ago - possibly the service is better now?
