Parking Charges going up again
Rather steathily it would seem there is to be yet another rise in local parking costs. The charge is to go up to £1.20 an hour from £1. It doesn't seem that long ago they were only 40p in Brentford. This is a bit of a double whammy because you need the pound coin and the 20p piece now to make the full hour. It will be interesting to see when the new charge is introduced whether the machines give you credit for part of an hour if you put a pound in or expect you to pay £1.20 minimum.
