Matt, are you the Ed?If so, what safeguards are in place to establish the veracity of posters' identities?It seems we are burdened of late with a number of seeming 'nom de plumes', all singing from the same hymn sheet.

Not me, sir. The forum generally runs on trust and the basis on whether to delete or not depends on the nature of the post. If messages a deemed to be offensive then a request to confirm, in writing, that the forum conditions are understood often does the trick. I know that I've never gone down the library to checkl electoral rolls - which aren't definitive anyway, I suppose.Sorry not to be of more help. A mail to editor@brentfordTW8.com or info@neighbournet.com about any messages you don't like the look of is probably the best thing to do.
