Help!
Hey, I'm 17 years old and desperately seeking work but it seems there is absolutely no professional way to do this due to my age. I can't even open a savings account! So I'm forced onto this, I have experience in office environments, and I'm computer literate on both PCs and Macs. I also have babysitting/childminding experience and references available. I have experience with dogs and other animals, if you need a petsitter (can't take dogs or cats, but anything else...) or a dog walker, I'm available. Right now I just need a part-time job to fit around my studies at college, I don't want to work in Woolworths etc. As that's what most of my friends do, and all i've seen is employers work them into the ground, and take the p*** as they know they can get away with it and the employees won't complain. So if anyone needs a dog-walker, a babysitter (if your child goes to St Paul's i can get you a good reference from one of the lunchtime support staff). Or if anyone knows of any ways in which I can seek employment could they let me know, I go to uni in 18 months, and in order to cope with that I need to start saving, any help with this would be brilliant!
