London to Brighton bike ride for the British Heart Foundation

Hi all, my niece Nicola Sweet lives in Brentford, she will be doing the London to Brighton bike ride this year. It’s on June 18th which is a Sunday and its 54 miles long, it is in aid of the British Heart Foundation.Nicola was in her 20s when she had a heart operation; none of us know what could be round the corner.
