Help - AEG elec oven problem

Hi,Does anyone have a wiring diagram/service manual for an AEG Competence B2100 single oven. Element has been replaced but still does not heat up.Any help or advice appreciated.Ian.

Unfortunately I have found AEG cust Service to be as helpful as a dose of clap. They can't send a wiring diagram or put me through to the Tech dept. Element certainly wired correctly (I've been working with electrickery since 1970).It is probably the overheat device - but I can't get any info from AEG - they want me to use their service agents with a £70 call out. Not on.

If the element has been wired correctly, it could be a safety cutout that needs resetting, faulty thermostat / control knob or any interlock feature that may be fitted to the oven.Try the Aeg website, sometimes the manufactures do have manuals you can download.
