Sheperd in Syon Park

I was cycling through Syon Park early last Sunday morning and had just passed the garden centre when I saw a man walking in the middle of the road,he had about eight collie dogs surrounding him.He was very weathered looking and dressed as a sheperd, crook and all.I did say good morning but there wasn't much of a response.Can someone please tell me they know or have seen this man and it wasn't some ghostly figure.

Anne,I saw a man matching the description you give walking along the river by Ferry Quays on Sunday. He only had 3 dogs with him when I saw him though.Perhaps he is the Antipope??!! (reference to first book in Brentford Trilogy by Robert Rankin)
