We haven't been to the Waterman’s in years - is it worth going along do you think? We started going there on a regular basis at weekends for the children’s events. We enjoyed the live band and had a meal before going for a walk and then heading home. The last Children’s event we saw, apart from one visit to the panto years later, was a female clown who had additions to her act which dawned on us with the realisation that there were a number of older adult males without children, in the audience. Quite a lot of her banter was aimed at these gentlemen. At one point her costume slipped down a la Janet Jackson – it would have past the kiddies by but her other audience was most appreciative.
