Did anyone go to the Togo vs Ghana match earlier in the week. I was tempted to trot along and see Essien and Adeybaour etc. but at £22 for a ticket plus £11 for kids it seemed quite a lot for a friendly. Apparently the teams trained up at Osterley.

Two QPR supporters were walking past a pharmacy when one of them noticed a sign on the window reading: "Two QPR season tickets, free to the first applicant - apply within".So one of the QPR fans sent his mate into the shop to find out what it was all about.  A few minutes later the guy came back out of the shop with some piles cream and a box of condoms."What did you buy those for?" his friend asked, incredulously.  "What happened to the QPR season tickets?""I'm sorry," he replied.  "I intended to ask, but when I got to the counter I just got all embarrassed."

I think they should start the season with 4 forwards,only 2 of whom are fit and one of them an untried baby...that would be the way to go....

O ye of little faith, but we shall see. We might be playing Barnet next season, but as the false 'bees' are struggling at the moment perhaps not. I wopuld like us to be playing ACCRINGTON STANLEY next season, but that seems unlikely as well.

Six points in the bag already. I remain very sceptical but I'll go to a game first before I stick my neck out on their prospects.

The departure of Allen and Tabb was critical. I think the new manager will struggle with such a limited squad. The unknown is the quality in the league. Maybe other clubs are in similarly dire straits and there will be enough dross to form a buffer between the Bees and relegation.
