You ask, "Why the capital f in female?"I ask, why use an f at all?  Adult human females are called women by normal people.  And because they are human we use 'who' rather than 'that.  So it would be "... women who use paper towels..." (and not "...Females that use...).So the question then arises, what species are the workers in market research?
