Beware the Dial-a-Phone ripoff!
My wife recently switched to Dial-a-Phone as her mobile phone provider, enticed by reasonable discounts and my (misguided) recommendation. Early in July she sent off her receipt in order to receive her first staged rebate. She waited, and waited, and waited.....but no rebate arrived. She wrote a letter of complaint to the company (no telephone contact is provided!) only to be advised that they had not received her letter and that it was now too late to apply!Having personally posted the letter, I have visions of staff at their redemption centre opening letters and shredding the contents. If you're thinking of changing your phone stay away from this dodgy operation and choose an operator who provides you with a telephone contact. If you're stuck with this company send future rebate claims by registered post as they don't appear to accept responsibility for recorded delivery mail either.
