Hi DaveHow are you I hope you are well?thank you for your kind words and advice i defiantly am listening.The group i am a member off is made up off over 300+ residents of Ivybridge who just want things to change for the better on the Estate.We are a NON Political group and we are open to ANYONE joining who ever they vote for we have a residents who vote for all the other groups but we just all put that to 1 side and work together for the better for the Estate.I don't understand what the problem is you have with Cllr Andrews and I don't really want to get involved but I do know Phil very well and he is a good Bloke he goes out of his way to help people and he has helped myself and others to raise money for Charities.He also is a major member of a Church and he is friends with lots of Ethnic Residents.everyone has a right to there opinions but if you meet Phil outside of Politics he is a Very nice, kind, generous helpful guy.Of course in Politics everyone is going to argue and yes most times people don't agree, i sometimes don't agree with decisions that Councillors make but thats Politics.Like I said Dave he is a good bloke really and He is a good friend of mine but i am your friend to and i just wish everyone could be friends the world would be a better place...Anyway Dave hope your enjoying your weekend Simon

Sorry Simon Phil has gone home, you will find him on TW7. I hope you will find that you wont be bullied and that somehow a solution can be found so that your residents group can find away of being able to operate in a non-political way and finding a way so that all residents and I mean all residents can have an equal share in the running of your housing and area. I know that the officers will help in finding a solution as this bickering has to stop. A T.A in order for it to be recognised has to represent all views it should not ever be used by Cllrs to bandwagon their political cause, it should campaign for change. One last word dont let anyone bully you, you have your own voice even if the bullys are going to throw their toys out of the pram stick up for what you feel is right.

Good to see you back on form, yes I could do with out the humour but as person who Phil Andrews knows has Dsylxia for the last 3 years has used this as a point to try and make fun of something that disables me in being able to use correct grammer and english..I know you will go on a endless stream of is he or is he not and I am sick and tired of trying to make you lot understand the condition.Call me all the things you want but at the end of the day you yourselves need to take a long hard look at what you do.Sorry Vanessa this in not really directed at you I am sure we will have many jousts and sometimes I do agree with what you say.

Saved by John.....so now Phil will you now look at guidence about how to run a web-site this is important as you are not aware of other Councilors who have fallen foul of doing what you and your executive officers have been doing.It would of been nice to see a memeber of the union who may be sacked turn round and simply say he is on your Hitlist, you would as employer have a clear duty to prove this was not the case and if proved you would be personaly LIABLE.It is important to also know how officers are neutral evan if they do vote for the great RED menace of the evil empire all officers I have worked with have shown great integrity and will if asked help you understand what can and can not be done. This time you are lucky I have had patience with this next time a memeber of the public may not be so forgiving.Here endeth the lesson.........

Thank you John, both for clarifying the issue and for ruining my bit of sport.The answers to your questions are:1. Yes - presumably, and knowing George.2. No - there is not and never has been an ICG hitlist of council officers, an allegation which is almost as ridiculous as the person making it.I had presumed that David had been referring to my assertion that the outstanding issue would be dealt with if/when we were in a position to do so, and couldn't understand what he found so unreasonable about this.  I didn't realise that I was being held responsible for a posting made by somebody else.  Clarity is not one of David's strong points, alas.

As I understand it the reference to a hitlist of council officers comes from one of Phil's supporters on Ivybridge responding to his posting about Lesley Roberts. The ongoing diatribe about this does no favours to the participants. Perhaps a simple question might help to bring this to a conclusion.Phil, is your supporter (George?) joking, or is he referring to something that actually exists? Whatever the answer, it should bring this pretty pointless exercise to an end.

Its still on his site so have a look as it has not been removed..THIS is not about the political content of the letter which triggered this, it is about how you should deal with matters in the correct way with out bullying or trying to get officers who remain impartial to respond with out fear of being put on a hitlist, I have another post if I can find it on these forums where again a hitlist is mentioned to I think Phil, no smoke with out fire.That one I have again printed off and my printer also dates them as I also have dates of the download documents to pc.

I asked before if you would provide the date, time and location of the statements you allege were made. You ignored the requests. You claim you kept records so there should be no problem doing this unless you were misleading us. Please provide this information now or stop making allegations you can't support.

I'll wait for it too David.  Presumably you do understand, however, that in a court of law evidence needs to be produced.  To my knowledge nobody has ever been convicted on the strength of reams of unreadable verbiage and allegations which the accuser refuses to substantiate.

It is clear you have no idea about the duties and responsibilities of being a Cllr your lack of understanding of the equal opportunities policy of the council and harassment policy of the council is clear for all to see, I think I have given you enough time to disown and disassociate your party from what you are doing on your web-site, as a concerned resident of Hounslow I can only ask you one last time to take action.There is plenty of training at the council I would take advantage of that if I was in your shoes, maybe it might be an idea for you to ask the Unions at the council what it is that you are doing wrong.I have spent to much time with this and need to get on doing other things that are a benifit to the community of course that is un-paid voluntary work and in the course of that I am not trying to convert the masses so you need not worry about this red under the bed.

The ICG site is looking excellent Phil and thanks for all the hard work you have put in to it.I see Dave is trying the Alan Sheerins tactics of asking a question or making accusations and then scarpering quickly.I wonder what our Socialist friend Dave thinks of Mr and Mrs Keans taxpayer funded pad in Covent Garden as his comrades run for the hills when ever the subject is mentioned?

As member of the Council is not the job of a Cllr to provide good governance and community leadership not just for the community but also for the employees of the council and its organisations that carry out some of the duties of the Council.
