Hello there, Nigel....it may have been the chap who introduced me as 'a young lady to see you Nigel' .... I thought I saw him grappling with his contacts as I left ;-)We were hoping to come along - fireworks across the water and friendly faces and all that (sigh!) but are busy - so I thought a contribution was called for.The stollen because of the conversations we have read on the forum and I am sure our Jim will be with you - and the shortbread always goes down a treat. I bet Gilly has got them all tucked away safely.Nice to meet you.Sarah
Sarah - thanks so much for the terribly thoughtful gesture of bringing around culinary contributions to an evening you won't be able to attend!Sorry my brain was operating rather turgidly, it didn't quite connect who you really were until you'd left through the gate. Am having to get Gilly to hide those shortbreads from me. Great to be able to put a face to you after all this time.

Ridgeways is behind the south side of Brentford High St. The road that it runs off from is called Brent Way.
