A great stat!

Did you hear the great stat. that George Osbourne came out with on Working Lunch t'other day when asked about debt probs.among the great British public.He said there was research that suggested that '50% of the public don't know what 50% means...'God help us!

Great statistic!That's appalling isn't it..have I spelt appalling right?According to Mrs Keen's website, she continues to notify us that 63% of Brentfordians are unemployed..even though I have publicised the typo (hopefully it's a typo!) on many occasions!In the meantime 5800 aircraft from places like Nigeria (!!) and the Far East land at Heathrow between 11pm and 6am each night ..and some 95% of those between 4am. and 6am.How is that "50%" of don't knows" going to understand any of night flight statistics?
