Fuller's Brewery Tours

Have any of you ever been on a brewery tour? I work at the brewery and I must say it is a really fun way to spend a couple of hours. If any of you are interested in finding out more why not visit the website or email the tours manager at tours@fullers.co.uk

I went on a Fuller's trip about 14 years ago and the finale was an hour or so of free beer in the brewery museum. One trip that will be sadly missed though is the Young's brewery trip. The last one I went on was a couple of years ago and we were treated to about 2 hours of Young's finest in the sampling room, and were joined for part of the time by the late John Young, who was on good form as usual. Hi NeilI am glad you enjoyed the tour and recomend it to others, I think it is realy important that local people visit local places of interest as I know from my own experience quite often we tend to look further out for places to visit.

I have done the tour a number of times. In the early days they gave you loads of free beer in the Hock Cellar. Last time I went on one they gave you a couple of vouchers to get beer in the Mawsons Arms. Best one was the tour for members of the CAMRA Investment Club.Its a great trip and highly recommended.
