Does anyone know who i can email about rubbish being Dumped?Next to my Kitchen window there is a Car Pk and a guy who lives opposite me has dumped loads of Household stuff over his car and next to it, its been like it 4 weeks.Is it Environmental Health or Street Cleaning or the Council I contact??

Hi Simon,I'm doing ok thanks.  The council placed a memorial bench for James on Monday.  Opposite York Road (looking down into York Road, on the triangle of grass just before Glenhurst Road, which is beautiful.Fran.
