Jogging

Would anyone like to go jogging up the Grand Union canal on Sunday mornings and/or one night during the week? I am currently quite unfit, but aiming to run 5km without stopping.  If you interested, email me on jane.rockel@btinternet.com.

.... how unfit? ... I can do around 5 - 15 minutes on the treadmill and I have an aversion to paving slabs ...  ;-)
