Can I take this opportunity, in congratulating Councillor Morgan-Watts who has been elected as Mayor, and councillor Caroline Andrews as his deputy. It is refreshing to see that this prestigious post is being shared by members of all parties, unlike under the previous administration who jealously ensured that he/she came from within their party!
