'Bust My Ass...'

Anyone see this programme last night on bbc3?It was a good insight into the erosion of our freedom to protest and how curtailing it has all been put under the banner of counter-terrorism.Seems New Labour don't like us telling them we think they are not very good and the police can't wait to make arrest normal intelligent and rational people who express views that are deemed'offensive',though who does the deeming is a mystery.

Keith I saw it and was shocked. To think that during the Labour party conference of 2005, the same year as 82 year old Walter Wolfgang was arrested under the terrorism act for simply heckling Jack Straw, over 400 stop and search cases were recorded in Brighton. Those such as Shami Chakrabarti of Liberty who expose just how much of our freedom has been taken away deserves full credit for fighting for our liberties.
