White 'ellarphant' becomes WET 'ellarphant'

News is that the £4million 'void with no name or purpose' built by the Ellar led administration and left to moulder by the new Tory/I.C.G. since February has had a roof collapse this morning, with a resulting flood of an inch of water. You really couldn't make it up!

This doesn't need data, it just needs to be told like it is.  Tough love.Whats rude is our current administration's lack of will to address this embarrasment to the borough's population.You're an angry little man aren't you Jim?I wonder how long we'll keep getting your sort blaming Labour.  I'll stake my claim now, for everytime you blame labour I'll earn a pound.

""No, but I know a man who would extrapolate some kind of weak-willed effort from his behind and paste it for us all to see on this one""Conal returns with his usual rude pugnacious trash and lack of data and understanding.Be assured that the new Administration has made known that it is reviewing all the options regarding the future use of the Civic Centre extension.Obviously an acceptable and financially justified decision has to be made..and this is another item on the LONG list of "jobs to do".  See the Civic Centre Executive and other webcasts..and you'll see that they look pretty good at doing things.I've attended a social function at this new "Conference Centre" and found it to be somewhat bland...that's right blame Labour!Shame about the water leakage..adding to the woes of the perhaps unwanted financial leakage.
