giving up a council property?

can anyone help me??? i am living in a 1 bedroom flat and am desperately in need of a bigger place as i have children.  does anybody out there know anyone who is giving up their council place that is a 2 or 3 bedroom? please help!!!

Go to the Council and Register for LOCATA.I am in a Studio flat and have Children staying with me its a long process I've been with LOCTA 4yrs...The other thing you could do is go on the council Exchange List (if your Flat is council property)Or put ads in shop windows...Good Luck!!
