Casualty units

I see Casualty Plus has closed its Brentford surgery. I found this very useful, particularly for my Sons bangs and bruises.What is the concensus of the best casualty in these parts - West Middx? Ealing? any others?

Speaking from experience for the non life threatening things, Teddington Hospital is excellent but the hours are limited.
