Hi ChrisI do indeed recall that Genevieve was a member of said Steering Group and am a tad puzzled as to why you should think that I don't.  I have the memory of an elephant, not just the figure! My question was about Grand Union, not about the Steering Group for the Langdale Amenity Centre project the work of which I was aware of and the minutes of the official meetings of which I still have. What I asked was for the names of the people currently running Grand Union, and details of the arrangement which existed between the former Chief Executive of Hounslow Homes and Grand Union which inspired plans to draft the organisation onto Ivybridge prior to last year's local elections.  Genevieve played no part in the decision to bring in Grand Union, and neither the ward councillors nor the wider community were consulted as part of that process.  I presume that you were involved in your capacity either as a Hounslow Homes Board member or as the then Vice Chair of the old residents' association rather than as a Labour candidate for Isleworth ward.Nothwithstanding the scope of the brief, there may have been other organisations which might have aspired to provide the required services.  Was there a "tendering" process involved?  What research was done and what consultation was undertaken with other potential providers and how and by whom was the decision to bring in Grand Union reached? These are the questions to which my posting sought answers.  Would you or anybody else involved be willing to provide them?
