I gather that Scotland are set to follow, also they abolished tuition fees for Uni. This is a result of devolving power to these Assemblies, although rumour had it that England was set to follow suit on the prescription front. From what I remember being told this sort of abuse was common at the birth of the N.H.S. with people haivng three lots of specs. etc. However, if Mr. Salmond gets his way will the Scots be able to afford these things? Without us subsidising them, it is questionable.
