I never thought I'd say it...

I know I'm a bit of a grumpy old git sometimes,butI have to admit that my dealings lately with LBH have left me feeling that they have got their act together to a large extent.Received a very thorough and explanatory email from Chris Calvi-Freeman about the road works on London Rd.(after I had emailed Cllrs.Hardy and C. Andrews--they passed it on).I have had a couple of other reasons to speak to staff at the cc recently and all has,tentatively,proved satisfactory.Now for the noise team and the police...!

Sarah,I want the noise team to be on duty for more than the measly amount of hrs.it is on duty at present(I know a neighbouring borough that has a service until 2:30 every morning m-f and until 6am on w/e) and for the police,not pcso's,to patrol at night when most of the crime is committed.I see quite a few pcso's in the day time,so why don't we see any bobbies walking around?Opening Brentford station 24 hrs might be an idea. Toe -rags know that there are no police locally at night and response times will be longer.I live in (forlorn)hope...
