Bart is no more - R.I.P.

For anyone who is a cat-lover and who also goes to the excellent Butts Dental Practice - sad news. Bart the resident cat who actually belonged to Anna Ford a nearby resident, has been killed in a road accident. He was only eight years old. For some reason Bart loved the dentist's waiting room and became a feature over many years, he used to wait outside and sneak in when a patient turned up, in the end he was just an accepted feature. A real character, he will be missed.

No - Bart was quite long-haired and a fair old size.

There is a picture of a cat "belonging to Anna Ford" in cyberspace..a picture taken by a neighbour.  Is this the one?

Vanessa I am a very dedicated cat owner and sympathise with you over Bart's passing. He sounded like he was quite a character.
