Hounslow Library services

Wonderful stuff this modern technology!Fancy being able to renew library books on-line, and not have to ring up or traipse down with them.  Often we remember too late in the day, and the library is closed.It looks like their whole catalogue is on line too - has anyone used any more of the on-line services?

I have been using this since conception, and have to say it's wonderful.  If you are going on holiday you can renew all of them before you go. Regulars might like to know that it is Margaret's last day tomorrow tea and cake from 10 till 5 all welcome

The library catalogue has been online for some time.  We've certainly been using it for at least 2 years.  My wife often uses the online service to reserve new fiction books.Did you know that you can actually search all the London public library catalogues simultaneously at http://www.londonlibraries.org?  I've used that service to track down an obscure book, found a copy at Westminster, and got Chiswick library to obtain it for me.

Must admit I haven't used their online services - but I think the Library Service is wonderful and use it a lot.
