Childrens' Homes

Looking to contact any people who lived in the childrens' homes at The Ride, opposite Boston Manor Park in the 1940s and early 1950s, or anybody who attended St Paul's & St Lawrence School during those years.  I believe the name of the headmaster was Mr Potts, other teachers there included, Mr Richards, Mr Barlow (used to slap us on the back if we were'nt paying attention), Ms Gladstone.  Some of the students were Colin Tompkins, Maureen Kemish, Michael Dilkes (or Wilkes), Albert Worbley, Donald Bandy, The Huggins twins (I believe the names were Carol and I cant remember the other first name)   Would like to hear from any people who may be familiar with these names.

I was at St Pauls in the late 40s. The headmaster was Mr Petts, there was a Ms Fowler too.  Recognise some of the names but don't believe they were of my year. Sorry I don't remember your name either. The homes are still there but sadly not the family units they used to be.  Good luck in contacting your old friends. Have you tried Friends Re-United ?
