Trying to get a doctor's apointment
How difficult or easy is it to get a doc. apointment. Eg. At our surgery (albany practice - brentfod health clinic, b.m.r. We have to ring on the day (8-30am+). So we ring 8-30 on the dot- engaged-rediad, redial,redial over and over again and when you get through you're then told no more apointments left ring tomorrow. This happens quite often. INFACT I ONCE WENT PERSONALLY AT 8-00AM TO MAKE AN APOINTMENT AND WAS TOLD LATER THAT WHAT I GOT WAS AN EMERGENCY APOINTMMENT. This was before the phones started redialling. What a joke
