They have given the Tories two years to sack them all. That's what PIP is all about".------------------------------------------------------2)Dave Phillips - Message left at 09:02 pm, Thu 13th Dec 2007The ICG's plan is to SHOOT all the officers of the council and give themselves another 500% pay rise. I've heard this from the horses mouth!--------------------------------------------------------3)Jon Finch - Message left at 05:52 pm, Thu 13th Dec 2007"Rumour is the ICG wants to sack ALL care workers and deliver a council tax CUT of 2.6pc but the Tories think this is going too far"---------------------------------------------------------4)Peter May - Message left at 05:03 pm, Thu 13th Dec 2007""ICG are telling Torys to abolish Area Committees, it happened at the last Executive meeting Councillor Andrews gave an ultimatum""---------------------------------------------------------5)Dave Hughes - Message left at 09:08 am, Wed 12th Dec 2007""The local papers should be intresting this week as another Tory quits to go independent, one of the reasons for quitting is the local Tories want to do away with Area committees""---------------------------------------------------------6)Don Kedic - Message left at 01:04 pm, Sat 1st Dec 2007""Each time I look at this forum there are less posts than there were the previous time. How can I make a post which stays up?""---------------------------------------------------------7)Seymour Butz - Message left at 12:26 pm, Wed 28th Nov 2007""When one considers what is at stake, with the likelihood of mass redundancies and total meltdown of service provision, it's difficult to understand why the Labour Group went voluntarily and so readily into opposition, isn't it?""---------------------------------------------------------8)Jim (NOT J LAWES)- Message left at 10:55 am, Wed 28th Nov 2007"".....the point being the tory council is going toimpose a system of 'streamlining' of council services, dress it up how they want its job cuts. they have paid millions to KPMG for them to tell them the most obvious thing. to save money cut services and cut jobs. and to think we get all this for 0% council tax increase!!""----------------------------------------------------------9) Corinna - Message left at 10:52 am, Wed 28th Nov 2007""I'm sorry you (No.12)appear to have a problem with Teachers. There is also a retired teacher who leads the Labour Group. Perhaps your objection is the fact that the Leader of the Tory/ICG led Council, teaches 4 days a week in his school and spends only ONE day a week on his job running the Council. He gets paid an enormous amount for one day a week!""-------------------------------------------------------10)Mark Thyme - Message left at 12:32 pm, Mon 26th Nov 2007""Who are these two people Annon? Only one of the two Tory candidates, Mark Bowen, is a current Hounslow councillor and the ICG has announced it isn't standing. The only other councillor known to be running for parliament is the Liberal Democrat Andrew Dakers and I can't understand why the Tories would want to shuffle him into office because they are after the seats themselves. What is the reasoning behind your post?""-----------------------------------------------------------11)Annon - Message left at 07:53 pm, Sun 25th Nov 2007And the reason why the last two posts were removed is(one of which was mine)? - my post was pretty clear cut and accurate, look up democracy - I am pretty sure that it entitles a person to their opinions and to question validity of someone’s ability to do a job until they explain to the contrary. Is this a legitimate Labour web site or have the teeth been removed? The current administrationof Hounslow council are trying to manipulate a local situation where they can move two people into the House of commons at the expense of jobs at local level indiscriminately 325 people jobless overthe next 17 months and perhaps 120 after Christmas this is “no joke people”. You can ease your guilt thinking “well it’s just lazy local government workers” – well when you look at your kids overChristmas dinner and the presents that they have had and all is ticket-tee-boo with think about the people that have worked for Hounslow with perfect operational distinction for perhaps 25 years (and yes there are a lot of them despite what you may think) whom are now faced with the axe. Well I trust that everyone will be happy with their zero percent CTax rises and diminished services – I forone will be totally bored when the complaints come in about rubbish services from the council as – people have been warned (if I still have a job)-------------------------------------------------------12) Annon - Message left at 09:56 pm, Mon 19th Nov 2007Too many, we are in the hands of amatures whom believe that getting two Cllrs up to spec as potential MP's to replace the Keen's is a reason to cripple 300+ peoples lives and mess services up to the people of the Borough sorry folks 0% Council Tax might seem attractive but believe me we will all suffer. This is what happens when you let a teacher run the place.  (CORRINA WILL BE REPLYING TO THIS ONE)--------------------------------------------------------13)Dave hughes - Message left at 06:11 pm, Mon 19th Nov 2007Acording to the latest news another 300 jobs are to be lost in the next year on top of the 300-400 this year.--------------------------------------------------------14)Carl Winrow - Message left at 03:32 pm, Tue 16th Oct 2007How many people are going to loose their jobs?---------------------------------------------------------END OF Labour Party FORUM EXTRACTS.Presumably, Council employees are not allowed to post messages about their work situation on external websites..so maybe these messages are just from those standing on the touchline.Anyway.. here they are..in case you hadn't seem them. Pity others like us are unable to participate and give another point of view..or enlighten their readers with facts...in we know them.
