MAJOR DISRUPTION TO LONDON UNDERGROUND AND SOUTHWEST TRAINS THIS WEEKENDThere will be severe disruptions to London Underground and Southwest Trains services this weekend, as follows:SATURDAY 24 NOVEMBERThe PICCADILLY LINE will be suspended between Hammersmith and Acton Town, and between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge.The DISTRICT LINE will be suspended between West Kensington and Acton Town / Richmond. There will be replacement buses between Hammersmith and Acton Town, calling at Ravenscourt Park, Stamford Brook, Turnham Green, Chiswick Park and Gunnersbury.  Journey times may increase by up to 60 minutes.The London Overground will run as normal and will provide the only direct service between Gunnersbury and Richmond.A late night coach service will operate between Heathrow and Paddington station. Passengers holding zones 1-6 tickets will also be able to use these on the Heathrow Express for travel to and from Paddington.SOUTHWEST TRAINS between London Waterloo and Weybridge via Hounslow and Staines will only run between Kew Bridge and Weybridge.  A shuttle bus service will run between Clapham Junction and Kew Bridge via Chiswick Mainline station.  The "Hounslow Loop" service (all stops Waterloo-Hounslow-Richmond-Waterloo) will NOT run.   As there will be a half-hourly train service on Saturday between Kew Bridge and Weymouth, this means that there will only be a half-hourly replacement bus service between Kew Bridge and Waterloo,  via Chiswick Mainline station.SUNDAY 25 NOVEMBERThe PICCADILLY LINE will be suspended between Hammersmith and Acton Town, and between Rayners Lane and Uxbridge.The DISTRICT LINE will be suspended between West Kensington and Acton Town / Richmond.
