"Is it just me or are those signs outside NatWest a very confusing design?! I've mentioned it at least once at local area committee."The new signs were only put up in late October or early November, so your comments at the area committee were probably about the previous signs, which were more confusing (as well as totally conflicting with the parking machine). Given that there are all-day waiting and loading restrictions to the left of that post, and morning peak waiting and loading restrictions to the right, together with parking bays for the rest of the day, I believe that the regulations require 5 signs (only 3 of which were shown on my earlier post). They would be clearer if arranged in two columns indicating the restrictions to left and right. But maybe the real isuue is whether there need to be so many different restrictions. When I looked at the signs in November, there were restrictions of waiting or loading in force for SEVEN different time/day periods, all in the stretch of the High Street between Half Acre and the Magpie & Crown:Mon - Sat, 8.30 am - 6.30 pmMon - Sat, 8 am - 6.30 pmMon - Fri, 8 - 9.30 am, 4.30 - 6.30 pmMon - Sat, 7 - 10 amMon - Fri, 7 - 10 amMon - Sat, 7 am - 6.30 pmMon - Fri, 7 - 10 am, 4.30 - 6.30 pm
